On May 3rd, 2013, the entire 9th grade class visited the University of Missouri-St. Louis. They heard from admissions representatives about the academic programs, what it takes to be admitted and the financial aid opportunities available. They also had a student panel consisting of current UMSL students from various majors.
The GSA students asked the panel about college life, sports, activities and differences between high school and college. Then then students toured the UMSL campus. They saw academic buildings, student support services and even the residence halls. The GSA students had a great time experiencing a taste of college life!
