During the month of March, students at GSA Fyler took part in the annual Student Council Map Madness competition. Homerooms took part in a series of competitions until only one team remained, winning that homeroom an ice cream party, provided by Student Council. The first round had homerooms designing decorations for their homeroom’s door centered around a Disney Hero (Middle School) or a Disney Villian (High School). The second round had homerooms competing in a Disney themed trivia contest. The elite eight competed in an obstacle course for round three and the final four sang their hearts out to make the finals. Drawing all the students back into the competition by encouraging students to wear a chosen color Ms. Lueders’ “Marie-The Arisicats beat Ms. Mense’s Sheer Khan.
