For more details, click CYSP WEBSITE.

The Concept Young Scholars Program (CYSP) is a multifaceted program designed to prepare students to become well-rounded individuals by actively following their interests, diversifying their experiences, and improving their academics. Students registered for the CYSP program will be asked to select an adviser. If the selected adviser is unavailable, students will be assigned to another adviser by the CYSP coordinator. Advisers will assist in planning activities, monitoring progress, and setting goals in four areas: Personal Development, Voluntary Public Service, Physical Fitness and Expedition/Exploration

CYSP students will challenge themselves and fun by getting more involved in activities they already enjoy or by trying something for the first time. CYSP will compliment so many activities and clubs at Gateway Science Academy. Participating in activities like an orchestra, robotics, sports, academic competitions, StuCo, NHS, etc. will help students reach their CYSP goals.

If you are interested, please complete the application form

This program will be facilitated by volunteers and available staff members so your application DOES NOT GUARANTEE a spot in our 2017-2018 CYSP.  This is a pre-application only to gauge the number of interested students.

For more information and level requirements, please visit CYSP Website and/or see the CYSP Handbook.
